Yes. ETaxFlow applies the 10% standard rate, handles zero-rated, exempt and out-of-scope supplies, tracks input VAT, and builds the totals for your VAT return so you can enter them on the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) portal.
Yes. ETaxFlow calculates salaries, prepares the pay run for payment through the Wage Protection System, issues payslips and posts the payroll journal. Enhanced WPS has been mandatory for all private-sector employers since February 2026.
SIO contributions are calculated per employee every month. Since March 2024, end-of-service for non-Bahraini employees is paid to the SIO as a monthly contribution — 4.2% of wage for the first three years of service and 8.4% after that — and ETaxFlow includes it in the payroll run and the journal.
Bahrain has no general corporate income tax. Since 2025, multinational groups with consolidated revenue of €750 million or more pay a 15% Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax. ETaxFlow keeps the accounting records those groups need, but it does not prepare the top-up tax return.

Whether you run a trading company in Manama, a clinic in Riffa, a workshop in Sitra or a manufacturer in the Bahrain International Investment Park, the rules are the same across the Kingdom: 10% VAT returns to the National Bureau for Revenue, wages paid through the LMRA’s Wage Protection System and monthly contributions to the SIO. ETaxFlow brings all three into the same ledger as your invoicing, inventory and banking.
Startups and SMEs can begin on the Starter plan and add WPS payroll on Pro as they hire. Accounting and bookkeeping firms in Manama and Muharraq can run all their Bahrain clients from one login. See the Bahrain compliance calendar for every deadline in the year.
